Stylish and perfect place, I enjoyed to be here.
Everything was great, incredible location close to shops and restaurants of Georgetown and the attractions in the Mall, accommodating staff. I had large room with nice design and tea or coffee plus the condition. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

This hotel is lovely! Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Well appointed rooms. Perfect location for visiting Foggy Bottom/ gw area with easy access to Metro for going downtown. Valet parking, while pricey, was extremely convenient. Excellent value overall. We will definitely stay here again.
Carpeting/ decor in upstairs hallways is tired.

For our purposess, the location was very good.
The woreless service needs a serious upgrade. The Business Center eqipment/service provider is sub-par. Not likely to use again.

Location in DC was good.
Cleanliness. Had to pay for everything, anytime I turned around and breathed. For the price I could have stayed at at Hampton Inn and got the same quality.

Fairly clean hotel, helpful and attentive team members with one staff member giving me his own metro card to use. Huge rooms with comfortable beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV and a safe box. Brilliant location, close to Farmer's Market. Good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The hotel's great location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily, including the National Gallery of Art. The staff were attentive, our family's needs were met .
For dads, it would be great to have a pool for the kids to enjoy.

Location
Neither the hairdryer or coffeemaker worked. I didn't even get a "sorry" from the management which seemed completely indifferent. The hotel is pretty beaten up with paint missing, dings in the walls and an overall feeling of not being clean. They also nail you with parking at $34/day which is robbery. I will not return.

This hotel suits me perfectly! Free Wi-Fi, and great 24-hour reception. I remember how they provided me with a hot drink on my first visit. I highly recommend it for a cozy holiday!
